Oh, how we love glitter! It is truly a versatile and exciting invention that has brought a special kind of magic to so many of our creations. Fairy wish bottles are filled with it in all kinds of colours from silver to gold and every colour in the rainbow. We sprinkle it in all shapes and sizes when we decorate for special events and some even just throw it out into their world, just for fun. Anyone making slime at home will tell you that it is a very important ingredient in their list of must-haves.
We use it to add shimmer to our art projects, we add it to our homemade decorations, we have even been known to add it to paint and bring new life to the walls. You can buy glitter gel pens to turn a normal piece of writing into a piece of art. It has even been mixed into easy to apply art glue enabling even the youngest of artists to experiment with its exciting ability to make everything shine.
Glitter must be one of the most beautiful inventions of all time. It’s like capturing the dust of fallen stars and adding that beauty into the everyday.
